This Cookie Policy explains how Deeligence Pty Ltd ACN 665 609 307 (UK Company Number FC043030) ('Deeligence', 'we', 'us' or 'our') uses cookies and similar technologies on www.deeligence.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.
This policy covers our public website only. It does not cover the Deeligence platform, which is governed by your agreement with us.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They let the site remember information about your visit, such as your preferences or which pages you have looked at. We also use your browser's local storage, which works in a similar way. In this policy, 'cookies' includes both.
Some cookies are set by us ('first-party cookies'). Others are set by the third party services we use ('third-party cookies').
If you visit from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we only use analytics and marketing cookies if you agree. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all of them, or choose by category. Until you choose, only strictly necessary cookies are used.
If you visit from anywhere else, analytics and marketing cookies are on by default. You can turn them off at any time.
Whichever applies to you, you can change your choice whenever you like using the Cookie settings button in the bottom corner of every page, or here:
We use three categories of cookies on our website. The provider lifetimes below are their published defaults. Provider settings and browser limits may change how long a cookie lasts, and some cookies renew when you return.
We use strictly necessary storage to remember and apply your cookie choices. It is always enabled in our Cookie settings so we can respect those choices. You can remove it by clearing cookies and site data in your browser, which also removes your saved choices.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive at the site. This helps us improve our content. We use Google Analytics with Google signals and ad personalization switched off. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses.
We use HubSpot to understand which of our campaigns and links bring people to our website, and to connect website visits with inquiries you send us.
You can read more in Google's cookie documentation and HubSpot's cookie documentation.
Google and HubSpot process the information collected by their cookies on our behalf. Some of this information may be transferred outside the country you are in. We protect those transfers as described in section 7 of our Privacy Policy. You can read how each provider handles data in their own policies:
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using Cookie settings. When you turn a category off, we stop using it and remove its cookies from our website. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything collected before you did so.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics on all websites.
We may update this policy when we change the cookies we use. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we start using a new category of cookie, we will ask for your consent again where required.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we use cookies, contact us at team@deeligence.com. You can find details of your other rights, including how to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, in our Privacy Policy.
