What is Future Transact UK?
Future Transact UK is a one-day London conference on how technology is changing transactional legal practice. It brings together transactional lawyers, in-house counsel, innovation leaders and dealmakers from law firms, investment banks and private equity firms.
The program covers AI-assisted due diligence, automated contracting and data-driven deal management through keynotes, live demos and practitioner panels. The organizers expect more than 200 attendees, 20 speakers and more than 15 partners and sponsors.
This year’s speakers include Martin Mankabady of Eversheds Sutherland, Maguelonne de Brugieres of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, Jody Campbell of ClearyX and Tom Bacon of BCLP.
